Hoppy Easter!

We spent the Saturday before Easter with my family. We grilled up some food and enjoyed the wonderful 80 degree weather. The children loved the Easter egg hunt! We even hid one golden egg for the adults to find (that turned way more competitive than the children's hunt).

On Easter, we enjoyed church and the messages about our Savior and all that He has done for us. Easter is such an amazing holiday to remember that Jesus Christ died for us and He Lives!

We did put together an Easter basket for Brooklyn, but mostly it was a family basket. Brooklyn received some new books, a ball and Sophie giraffe. She absolutely loves her giraffe (her new favorite chewing/drooling toy). It was a wonderful Easter focusing on our Savior and spending time with family.
