Everything is Bigger and Better in Texas!

We finally made it Texas with the help of my family! It is so nice to be back around family and we got out of Utah right before the snow (which makes neither one of us remotely sad!). It has been a lot of adjusting, especially for Brandon. I have loved seeing old friends and being with my family, especially my nieces and nephews. Brandon has the best attitude about it, but it definitely has been different for us. We are living in Georgetown with my Brother and his wife and we love where we are at right now. The house is out in the country and on some great property, so it has been really nice to stay there.
Brandon has been working for my Dad doing safety monitor and gas detection repair. It has been a good job and we are grateful for the immediate source of income. Brandon has learned that he is not the technician type, but he has learned a lot from the job. We are really excited about his new internship for Congressman John Carter. Since coming to Texas, we have had several friends who have helped us network and helped us find jobs for Brandon. The internship will be a great experience and we hope it is one step closer to helping Brandon finding the career he has worked so hard for!

We have been so blessed since coming to Texas and we feel grateful for everyone's love and support in the our new stage in life!
